What payment methods are accepted?

The following payment options are available in our shop: PayPal, credit card, Klarna Sofortüberweisung and Apple Pay. We are working on offering more alternative payment methods in the future.

I haven't received a confirmation email.

After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you have not received a confirmation email after 24 hours (please also check your spam folder), please contact our support:

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number for tracking your shipment by email. You can use this number to track your order.

Can I change my order later?

Unfortunately, due to technical and logistical circumstances, we are currently unable to cancel or adjust individual items from an order that has already been placed.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately you cannot cancel your order. This is because we have streamlined our shipping process and are making every effort to pick, check and pack all orders as quickly as possible. A cancellation would mean the termination of an ongoing shipping process, which would affect all further processes. We therefore ask you to return your order if you do not want to keep it. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I create a customer account?

Sure, of course! Can you create a customer account? The account helps you to place orders faster or to get an overview of your orders. You can also store your address and change it at any time.

Shipping & returns

What shipping methods are there?

We ship exclusively via DHL. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping at the moment.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Germany and Austria.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs EUR 4.90 within Germany and EUR 12.20 to Austria. From a goods value of 100 EUR your order is free of charge in both countries.
How long does it take until I receive my order?

We make every effort to process orders placed during normal business hours within 2-4 business days. Please note that orders may take 5-7 business days to process and ship during holidays and promotions.

My delivery is taking an unusually long time?

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the delivery process. If your package has not arrived after more than 10 days, please contact our support at

If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to help you. However, we are not responsible for packages for which proof of delivery has been provided.

Can I return items?

Of course we hope that you like our products as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return something, you can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the customer bears the costs of the return himself.

Which items are non-returnable?

Our EAU DE PARFUME are excluded. We can no longer take these back for hygienic reasons.

Can I exchange items?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with the item in the size or color you ordered, you can register a return and place a new order in the shop.

Did you get my return?

As soon as we have received your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your return. If you have not received a confirmation of receipt 10 days after sending your return, please contact

We are not responsible for packages if there is no proof of shipment with a tracking number.

When will I receive my return refund?

Your refund will be processed within 14 days and will be made to the original payment method. Refunds to another means of payment are not possible.

If you have sent back several returns in one package, the returns can be credited at different times.
